Game Web Portal - Object-oriented Programming
Hůla, Vladimír ; Galáž, Zoltán (referee) ; Povoda, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of programming structure of game web portal. The web portal will serve as a communication and information center to simplify coordination among players and allow them to gain new experience. In the thesis are analyzed the needs of players, existing solutions and their drawbacks. The results of this analysis are used to design individual functions of the portal. Implementation of the most important parts of the website has been described, the implementation of these parts were evaluated and some enhancemets were eventually suggested. In the end of this thesis several functionalities were suggested, which could extend the portal in the future.
Design of Automated Integration Testing Tool
Odrobinová, Lucia ; Drdla, Jiří (referee) ; Luhan, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on the development of an automated integration testing tool for a company. The tool is employed to detect and report data changes that may have been caused by the modification of a database schema during the development of a software. This automation of recognizing data changes brings many advantages to the company. The tool has been developed using the C# programming language, which supports object-oriented programming, using the Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019 software. Since the tool works with the Microsoft SQL Server database, Entity Framework, an object-relational mapping framework, has been used during the implementation of the tool.
Calendar Application With User Friendly Interface
Navrátilová, Eva ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Peringer, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes the process of creating a calendar application featuring an effective and user friendly interface. The first step is an analysis of existing calendar applications on various platforms. Then the calendar data standard is explored, together with good practices for user interface design. The analysis is followed by designing the calendar application. The design process consists of calendar library design, graphical interface design and structural interface design. The resulting application, implemented in C++ using Qt framework, is tested.
A Tool for Testing of DPWS-Based Web-Services
Malášek, Vojtěch ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a design and implementation of tool for testing and monitoring of DPWS-based web-services. At first the thesis contains explanations of basic concepts related to Web Services, DPWS and used design patterns. Further the thesis contains the design and tool implementation description. The tool provides a client-side services implemented by Windows Communication Foundation, which communicates via the DPWS-based service. The service is implemented using .NET Micro Framework and can be run in the emulator in the integrated development environment. Obtained results and options for further extensions are mentioned in conclusion.
Usage of Design Patterns in Software Development
Volf, Jiří ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
The objective of my MSc Thesis was to map over reasons, why are design patterns so popular in the modern information systems and other applications development. It is considering with the basic aspects of object-oriented systems, expounds the importance and structure of design patterns. The explication is followed by categorization of design patterns and in more detail is focused on the most frequently used design patterns including their contribution or complications, which could eventually occur. The advantages of design with design patterns are demonstrated on practical example of database application.
Internet schematic editor
Popelka, Lukáš ; Biolek, Dalibor (referee) ; Kadlec, Jaroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with creating of electronic schematics in editor using web interface. The editor generates electrical circuit text file according to Spice netlist specification. The program has been created in Java and takes an advantage of object oriented programming language. The editor is a part of a web page and is executable as an applet. The diploma thesis describes a programming language selection, program layout and implementation. Thesis contains programming code examples, window illustration and component drawings. Depth-first search algorithm has been used for nodes number assignment. An OrCAD PSpice reference guide was used for netlist.
Visual Simulator and Debugger of Neural Networks
Beluský, Ondrej ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
Artificial neural networks represent computational parallel systems. This part of artificial intelligence is still researched. Basically neural network is the set of neurons, which are connected together.  These networks have aspects of human intelligence, because they have  an ability to learn. Their main goal is to simulate human brain, but  creating such a network with large number of neurons and connections  between them is impossible. They simulate some parts of human thinking.  My task was to create visual simulator and debugger of these networks.  The program was supposed to have a choice to debugging and stepping the  algorithm for learning. My goal was also to implement editor, which  allows creating and editing neural networks.
Geometric surface modeling
Adámková, Barbora ; Martišek, Dalibor (referee) ; Štarha, Pavel (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis deals with display geometric surfaces on a computer in parallel projection and central projection. It includes part of mathematical theory which is necessary for definition of given projection. There are couple of important terms defined such as euclidean space, projective space, surfaces and elementary operations. The thesis also includes description of applications development for display geometric surfaces by using the author's own procedures and functions (so-called library) in Delphi 7 and by using OpenGL library. This Bachelor thesis result is the writer's own implementation of described processes by applications development.
Analysis and Design of Information System for Budget Planning FCM-Jh
Svoboda, Jakub ; Škrabánek, Petr (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design for creating IS to support planning budget for Bosch Diesel s.r.o., used by department FCM-Jh. If it verifies functionality of IS, it should become a support for the company in this field. The IS should in particular unify existing planning costs FCM-Jh. Determine is there a firm structure and support of IS in two main areas. The first area deals with the planning process of investment and cost means in their budgets managed by the department FCM-Jh and subsequent ordering of works and services FCM-Jh and its records. The second area is for planning costs for building maintenance and investment in plant and equipment FCM-Jh.
Online Media Shopping System
Randa, Jakub ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Ruttkay, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis covers designing and developing of the web application, which allows to buy or rent the multimedia records and then watch them using the streaming form of distribution. It describes designing, developing and streaming technologies, which were used during the process of realization. It contains the description of implementing and publishing of the application.
